The office space was conceived as a flexible working environment, accommodating both an open-space layout and a system of enclosed private offices. Spatial zoning is structured around the company’s natural operational and communication flows. Positioned at the core of the plan are the offices of the three department directors — forming the central managerial nucleus of the company. The accounting and operations departments were arranged separately, with particular attention given to acoustic comfort and work isolation requirements.
The spatial organization was designed not only to support operational efficiency and collaborative workflow, but also to ensure individual comfort for employees. Two lounge areas were integrated into the more secluded parts of the office, while compact café-style tables were placed adjacent to the kitchen area, creating an informal and intimate atmosphere.
Particular attention was dedicated to the orientation of the spaces in relation to natural daylight and the creation of a balanced working environment throughout the day. Offices, corridors, and the conference room benefit from soft natural illumination, while the engineering systems were carefully integrated to provide fresh air supply and individual climate control for each functional zone.
The interior is defined by a light cloud-grey palette combined with epoxy flooring. Warm accent lighting by Santa & Cole was selected to create a restrained and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by Inclass workstations and Arper office seating.
